The 450 g cacao bar is ideal for cacao facilitators, true cacao lovers, and anyone who enjoys cacao regularly, uses it in ceremonies, or wants to share it with others. It is also a wonderful choice for the food service industry.

Será cacao stands for power, connection, and the joy of life. In terms of flavor, it is smoky, powerful, and full-bodied, with nutty and floral nuances. This creates a cacao that not only tastes intense but also creates a special atmosphere.

Cacao naturally contains, among other things, theobromine and cacao flavanols. This is why it has long been a valued companion for mindful moments of enjoyment, special ceremonies, and powerful rituals.

Origin

This cacao grows in one of the most biodiverse regions in the world, the Atlantic rainforest in South Bahia, Brazil. There, it is cultivated in a farming system that does not displace nature but works together with it.

The traditional Cabruca method allows the cacao trees to thrive under the protection of the forest. This preserves biodiversity, soil life, and the natural balance of the ecosystem. At the same time, this form of farming strengthens local communities and combines traditional knowledge with regenerative approaches.

Some farms also work with biodynamic and syntropic agroforestry systems that regenerate the soil, strengthen nature, and minimize the ecological footprint. The Atlantic rainforest has shrunk to less than 3% of its original area today, yet it remains an indispensable ecosystem for the planet. Through sustainable agriculture, a vibrant symbiosis between people and nature is created here.

An important part of this is also the Avó dos Saberes project, the Keeper of Knowledge. It stands for the protection of the rainforest, for sustainable agriculture, and for the preservation of regional wisdom and connection to nature. Bahia thus embodies not only the joy of life in Brazil, but also the spirit of renewal and responsibility.

For a classic cup, you can dissolve 30 g of cacao mass in 250 ml of warm plant-based milk and stir thoroughly. You can add coconut blossom sugar and your favorite spices as desired.

It is best to heat cold plant-based milk or water in a saucepan or milk frother. The drink should not get hotter than 42 degrees so that the valuable properties of the cacao are preserved as best as possible and the full aroma can unfold.

🤝 A connection that goes beyond trade
Será cacao stands for more than a high-quality product. With every cacao bar, a form of farming is supported that does not exploit the rainforest but works regeneratively with it. The connection to the Cabruca Cooperative, the syntropic agroforestry system, and the Avó dos Saberes project shows that not only cacao is created here, but also knowledge, nature, and community are protected. This creates a cacao that touches not only through its taste, but also through what it carries in its origin.
